3. Vehicle Inspection & Offer

4. Payment Terms

• Payments will be made immediately at the point of vehicle collection.

5. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge by informing us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled inspection or pickup.

• Tohomotors is not responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle occurring prior to collection.
  
  
• Upon vehicle collection and payment, ownership and all associated liabilities transfer immediately to Tohomotors.
